Deleting Your Account

What is on your device

Your progress — collected words, stars, XP, review schedule, settings — is stored by your browser on your own device. Clearing site data for this app, or uninstalling it, removes all of it. That is immediate and needs nothing from us. If you signed in with Google, a copy of that progress is also held under your account (see below).

What we hold

If you have subscribed, we hold one record: a generated account identifier with your plan and its renewal date. There is no name, email or address attached to it unless you wrote to us. Payment details are held by the payment provider, not by us.

Asking us to delete it

Email [email protected] from the address you contacted us from, or with the date and amount of your payment. We find the record from that, delete it within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.

Deleting the record ends an active subscription without a refund for the remaining period; see the Refund Policy if you want a refund considered first. A subscription bought through Google Play is also cancelled through Google Play.
