Refund Policy

Cancelling

Cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded by default.

When we refund

• You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period.
• A technical fault on our side kept the subscription from working.
• A renewal you did not intend, reported within 7 days of the charge — write to us and we will put it right.

How

For web purchases, email [email protected] with the charge date; refunds go back to the original payment method. Purchases made through Google Play are refunded through Google Play's own process.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
